Travis Doll
CEO & President
Dr. Doll is a software engineer specializing in digital signal processing with many years of industry experience in developing and delivering robust collection capabilities to the Intelligence Community. When not developing solutions for customers, Travis spends his time expanding company collaborations and researching new technologies to provide unique and challenging opportunities for the Sciens team.
Dr. Doll earned both his PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, specializing in Digital Signal Processing. During his graduate years, Dr. Doll was awarded two National Science Foundation Graduate Teaching Fellowships to develop and implement STEM education within the Philadelphia school system. He received his BS in Computer Science from Dickinson College. Dr. Doll’s diverse academic experiences have contributed to a strong interest in continuing education. In his leadership role at Sciens, he prioritizes providing opportunities for learning and growth to all members of the Sciens team.

CJ Kralowetz
COO
CJ Kralowetz is a software developer and systems engineer who has experience in both the government and commercial industries. Mr. Kralowetz has supported various DSP efforts leveraging Software Defined Radio frameworks such as REDHAWK. Keeping up to date on the latest technologies and implementing a sound DevOPs infrastructure is a point of pride for CJ, ensuring that all developed products are modern, robust, well tested, and delivered quickly.
Mr. Kralowetz earned a Master of Science degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Patrick Wolfram
CTO
Patrick Wolfram is a software developer who works with the intelligence community to create DSP and HPC applications. Mr. Wolfram values the valiant work of our military and has supported several efforts leveraging the REDHAWK framework to this end. When not performing contract work, Patrick enjoys investigating new technologies and evaluating their impact on the growth of the company.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Bob Martin
Director of Hardware Engineering
Bob Martin has over 20 years of experience developing DSP solutions for FPGA platforms. He spent his early career in the aerospace sector designing board level solutions for aircraft and satellites, helping to field some of the first space-borne FPGAs. More recently his work has focused on SDR platforms and Direction Finding systems. Mr. Martin has always held that the key to staying relevant in a rapidly changing field is to always remain a student; and it doesn't hurt when your hobbies and career have significant overlap.
Mr. Martin earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Kyle Velez
MORA Product Lead
Kyle Velez is a signals software engineer with experience developing solutions for a wide range of applications. In particular, he enjoys working on computer networking, computer security, digital signal processing, and telecommunication systems. Mr. Velez believes strongly in continuous improvement and learning, and seeks new challenges that allow him to expand his knowledge.
Mr. Velez earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications and Networking from Johns Hopkins University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
